Interstellar has optioned the hit Korean gameshow Battle in the Box.
Originally created by Seoul-based formats agency Something Special, the show sees two celebrity pairs live together in a specially designed box, where the size of the living space and their budget is determined by the outcome of games and challenges.
Interstellar’s Managing Director David Williams said: “‘Battle in the Box’ is one of the most eye catching and compelling formats I’ve seen. Fusing the best elements and techniques of a house reality show with a game show, it’s devilishly simple but with a unique device at its heart. I can’t wait to see how UK celebrities rise to the challenge.”
